LithoBatch is available with recycling or virgin polymer carriers and can be dosed on any plastics converting machine.   • LithoBatch 1001 (data sheet): highly efficient dryer masterbatch on base of a mineral talc mixture, 65% loaded. With 0,5% LithoBatch 1002 you can cavenge 1.000 ppm water efficiently. Predrying of raw materials is therefore not necessary in most cases.
  • LithoBatch 1002 (data sheet): LLDPE carrier; highly efficient dryer masterbatch on base of a mineral talc mixture, 65% loaded. With 0,5% LithoBatch 1001 you can cavenge 1.000 ppm water efficiently. Predrying of raw materials is therefore not necessary in most cases.
  • LithoBatch 1003 (data sheet): is a highly efficient odour cavenger additive. It is working significantly already at very low dosages (2,5 - 3 %, max. 5 %). Main application are automotive compounds with lowest possible VOC emissions.
  • LithoBatch 1004 (data sheet): is a highly efficient odour cavenger additive. It is working significantly already at very low dosages (2,5 - 3 %, max. 5 %). Main application are automotive compounds with lowest possible VOC emissions.
  • LithoBatch 1008 (data sheet): special and highly efficient additive for significant improvement of heat conductivity (cycle-times) in plastics extrusion and moulding processes, 75% loaded in PPH. Even 2% dosage is sufficient, color greyish
  • LithoBatch 1009 (data sheet): special and highly efficient additive for significant improvement of heat conductivity (cycle-times) in plastics extrusion and moulding processes, 75% loaded in PPH. Even 2% dosage is sufficient, color reddish-brown
